The husks from our coconut plantation are directly transported to our fibre unit where the natural coco fibre and pith are extracted. The natural fibre is then run into various screeners to remove the baby or waste fibre and then they are bailed into 30 kgs and 100 kgs bales ready for the export market sale. Our cut fibre is mainly used for mixing in coco peat substrate with different mix formats. Our long fibre is mainly used in the manufacturing of coir mattress, matting, Geo textile applications and Garden articles.
